The “trap” you are falling into with most of these bloggers is to bring in the crash victim(s). They do not want to consider this in the totality of the circumstances. They want to isolate everything from the final act of shooting the driver. So you will be forever facing that here, as occurred on other threads about this.
Under what circumstances was it necessary to shoot an unarmed, injured man who was barely able to move in the back as he attempted to hobble away?
What immediate threat to the general public did he pose after he got out of the car?
What officer or officers were in such is such mortal terror for their own safety that they felt the need to shoot him like a dog?
