sometimes they make a “mistake” and pick on someone legally armed for self-defense; but they are probably instinctive enough to stay away from ANYONE who appears to be able to counter with the least self-defense.

When they pick out the most vulnerable, hopefully there will be a concealed carry there with the right to defend self and others in jeopardy. Or an old Irish cop. Or someone! willing and able, and esp. able. Willing is not enough.
