No need to qualify it with “Teen”.

Just “Pot use” would be fine.

Rather odd how there has to be a study in 2013 to say this when it’s been patently obvious for decades.

The head of Student Health Services at UC Berkeley came to this same conclusion in 1963 — just from observation.

Everything I’ve observed around me in the intervening years has backed that conclusion.
