Hardly news. Haven’t known a single pothead who didn’t seem to mentally slow down and start peppering conversations with endless “uh...uh...uh’s.” And, at the same time, consistently consider themselves intellectually ‘above’ everyone they encounter.
Hey, actually, that does sort of sound like Obama, come to think of it.
