If it wasn’t the government, they would be able to sue.
Banks will figure a gimmick from this episode....lock-down accounts, where no money can be removed unless the account owner blesses them in some fashion. Course, there will be a service charge for this....but I suspect within weeks, some banks will be offering it and everything related to the health exchange debits will pile up.
