The group, led by former Al-Muhajiroun leader Anjem Choudary, warned restaurants and shops in the Brick Lane area that they face 40 lashes if they continue to sell the product.

Under the "Offences Against the Person Act" of 1861, in England and Wales, threatening to inflict death or serious bodily harm is charged as Aggravated Assault - the defendant does not need to make the threat in person. These thugs should be charged, tried, and extradited to an eighth century hellhole, where they will feel at home.
