Our founders DID address minoritarianism. That's why we're a Republic and not a democracy.
Franklin knew that a democracy was "two wolves and a sheep voting on what was for dinner" and said as much.
Is that not majoritarianism? Where the majority is able to usurp the rights of the minority? That is essentially what a pure democracy is.
I was thinking of minoritarianism as some backward political correctness voodoo in which just because you’re a minority, you are awarded special rights, and essentially become cultural concentration camp guards, screwing over the prisoners, who actually outnumber you.
