I remember Friday being the Big Day of the high school week
There may be some Crisis creation deal behind this..at some level but the day of the week doesnt strike me as at all important other than kids school kids always do whatever they are going to “do” On Friday! That has been the case for many decades
Fridays always been Prank Day...and more recently Mayhem Day
and this time of year ... football.
Maybe we should ban Tuesdays and Fridays.

Fox now reporting the shooter shot himself. Shotgun. Only one other injured, but she is reported to be in critical condition.
One shooter only, injured girl was probably not his target.
2 Molotov cocktails involved. One was set off producing lots of smoke. Other was not and was "deactivated", I guess they pulled out the rag soaked in an inflammable substance.
Second person reported injured was just covered in the other victim's blood. Take to, but released from the hospital.

Would it not be ironic if it turned out to be a double barrel shotgun? Sounds like he only fired two rounds, so it's possible.
