First off, Obama is mixed race, his Mother was white.

Second, America has changed.
About 50% of voters want European Socialism.
Some polls claim a majority of Americans are “Conservative.”
Again, I say bull.
Hispanics overwhelmingly claim they are Conservative, but for the last 52 years they have voted 60%-75% for the Democrat presidential nominee.
Blunt mathematical reality - about 1/3 of voters are non-white, and they vote about 80% for the Democrat Party.
About 2/3’s of voters are white, and they vote about 60% for the Republican Party.
Obama’s approval rating stays high because 40%-50% of Americans consistently support his Socialist vision.
Americans are supposed to be about freedom.
Socialism isn’t about freedom.
What is wrong with this picture?

While I have to agree that “The One” is not “black” by the purist of standards, to blacks, he’s black, to whites, he’s black. Satisfying their desire to either have one of their own in the Office, or their desire to appear compassionate, or fair minded, or whatever motivates liberals to act as irratioanaly as they do.
And then, secondly, I have to agree with you that, at least upon my observation, American voters DO want socialism. It’s sad to see, but the education system is stacked with communist indoctrinators pouring evolution into young minds as science, and America’s shameful history re-written for the obvious agenda.
Rational thought would reveal that socialism is for losers, but the indoctrination has been thorough in adjusting these new voters’ mindset to entitlement rather than individual and national success. “Everyone wins” is a lie from the pits of hell, but it is the platform from which BOTH parties preach to gain these voters’ confidence, more successfully done by the Democrat Party.

You fail to realize that almost all “African-Americans” are mixed race with a significant influence of Caucasian genes. Virtually all Americans who are mixed race (negro and caucasian) identify as black.
