It’s parody: contrasting the left’s enamourment with “free love” in the ‘60’s and ‘70’s with the fascist left of today, and calling the “right” because they now really are fascists.
A young child kissing a girl on the cheek is not sexual and has nothing to do with the "sexual revolution" of the 60's and 70's. It is a normal reaction to liking someone and the left needs to stamp out normal and/or twist it into something sick. The left detests normal and traditional as they are the moral anchors of society. America can't be destroyed until it's moral compass is broken. They're working on it.
