I did a quick read-up on Stockman, he seems like a capable guy. I’m curious to know why you feel this way - is it just money and statewide recognition that he lacks?

Stockman is a good solid conservative, but lacks Cruz' skill sets in several areas including communication. Two very different candidates. I am sorry if many freepers don't appreciate my opinion, but I am just trying to be realistic here.

Don't get me wrong, I'll support him again, but just wish a better candidate had surfaced.
