form the article: "the IRS says volunteer firefighters are technically employees if they're on the job more than 30 hours per week,
making them subject to Obamacare's employee-mandate rules.

Then that makes ALL OFA (Organizing for America) and ALL Acorn related "Volunteers" as employees , and thus subject to healthcrap
This governements' selective interpretation of which laws it will enforce, and those which it will ignore,
clearly indicte that this nation is a nation without laws.
Arbitrary and capricious is not lawful !!

"....the IRS says volunteer firefighters are technically employees if they're on the job more than 30 hours per week, making them subject to Obamacare's employee-mandate rules.

So that means Obama's Organizing for America and ACORN-related groups are "Volunteers".... subject to Obama's healthcrap.

Hah---try and enforce it.

Obama selectively interprets which laws he will enforce, and which to ignore....under Obama this nation is a nation without laws.

==================================================

FR POSTED: Obama is overstepping his constitutional authority by choosing to ignore certain laws. "....looks a lot more like rewriting the law than executing it," Nicholas Quinn Rosenkranz, a Georgetown U law professor, told Fox's Greta Van Susteren.

Article 2 of the US Constitution charges the president with executing the laws of the United States, but Obama's suspension of the Obamacare employer mandate for a year violated that charge, Rosenkranz said...citing one egregious instance. "...President Obama is declining to execute laws without a claim of constitutionality – just for political convenience or policy preference," he said.

Congress does not have the standing to challenge Obama in court, Rosenkranz said, but a lawsuit might be admissible from a person who should have received employer coverage this year but didn't because of Obama's actions.
