George Zimmerman's girlfriend who called Florida police to say he was breaking her stuff and was brandishing a weapon no longer wants to press charges against him and instead wants to get back together with him.
Zimmerman, 30, who faces a felony aggravated assault charge as well as lesser charges stemming from the incident, is asking to have conditions of his bail modified so he can resume contact with Samantha Scheibe.
According to court documents filed by Zimmerman's attorney Jayne Weintraub, Scheibe, 27, gave a sworn statement in which she wrote, "I do not want George Zimmerman charged."
Zimmerman, who had been acquitted earlier this year of murder in the death of teenager Trayvon Martin, had posted a $9,000 bond and was barred from any contact with Scheibe. He was also ordered to give up his guns and wear an electronic monitor.
Scheibe's new affidavit taken Dec. 6 stated, "When I was being questioned by police I felt very intimidated...I believe that the police misinterpreted me and that I may have misspoken about certain facts in my statement to police."

The prosecution’d have to drop charges on its own motion. The defense can move for a bail modification now in a manner that makes it clear the prosecution has no case, and that’s what they’re doing. The ball’s now back in the prosecution’s “court”. If they get to trial, defense’ll make an immediate motion to dismiss.

I used to carry a Remington Model 51. It’s a sweet collector’s gun. Then, I realized if I used it I would probably never see it again. So, I switched to a modern S&W .380 with Glaser rounds.
Somehow I feel there is a higher power involved in all these highs and lows teaching the rabid arrogant Nancy Grace mobs a lesson. One minute the rabid mobs are off their seats ready to watch him get his karma and the next minute it all turns to dust over and over and over!!

I would advise against Glazer rounds. They tend to be light, and don’t penetrate to where the large blood vessels are, to say nothing of your adversary’s spine.
Best to have a heavy solid round that will penetrate deeply.

I picked up a guy in the Ambulance one night with cuts all over him and other cuts all over that were partially healed.
He had so many cuts we just wrapped him in a sheet, and tied it to him to stop the bleeding.
I asked him who had cut him before and he said She did. I asked why he went back for more and he said “I loves her.”
