Nelson Mandela was a thug, murderer, and terrorist. He was no hero. He was evil.

You can’t do good acts and then do evil acts and be thought of as good. If I do a mountain of good things and then go out and murder people, I’m an evil person. Despite all the good things I may have done. Sorry, Mandela is evil to me.

He is no saint. If he was a right-winger who had done (a fraction of) the same things, we certainly know what kind of media coverage he’d be receiving today.

Here's a perfect opportunity for people to assess the facts, separate them from the rhetoric, slogans, and group pressure and determine for themselves how to feel about this man.
But for God's sake get off the bandwagon, America, and think for yourselves.

Actually, he is dead, and I have nothing else to say about him or what anyone else says about him.
We have about 6 more days of angst, guilt, pandering and kabuki ahead of us. After he is in the ground (wherever), his legacy can go the way of JFK et al and only be remembered on future anniversaries.
