Birds are birds - feathered sh*t machines. Some are more colorful than others, some more tender.
The isue isn’t which birds, but how will the community officials cope with the boy’s specific birds which have become his de facto service/therapy animals.

funny, I had them at my suburban home for several years - neither smelly or dirty if properly maintained. I found them curious and far more intelligent than pen raised pheasant, though not quite as bright as the quail Ive raised.
