So if you buy an off exchange policy you can get better doctors and hospitals. Who didn’t see that coming. I wonder if the Hollywood elites will forego Cedars Sinai hospital system? Nah!
The middle class has been demoted to one step above medicaid status... bad care high deductibles, and limited access to quality care.
Liberal elites will have concierge doctors - they'll pay an annual fee for the best doctors, hospitals and care... It'll be like an expensive private club. Liberal elites won't have to deal with pesky members of the middle class in the waiting rooms anymore. Their kids are safe too. And politicians? They'll have ‘pull’ to get in to the best doctors and hospitals too.

Thanks, Obama! University must destroy health plans to stay compliant

“The Affordable Care Act levels an excise tax on high-value health coverage plans, and UM would have to pay $48 million with its existing plans. Instead, the university is lowering the quality of its coverage. “
The Elite want to “Keep” their high quality health care......
The more this goes on, the more easier it is to believe Obamacare was just a grab for more power, with healthcare as the smokescreen.
Either that or dear leader is even more of a dope than I took him for.
And Betters...
Hey, Sarah Palin is a dimwitted bimbo who don't know nuttin' 'bout no "death panels"...
Someone please let me know if you hear about Scott and White and MD Anderson in Texas...
In my own experience, though, hospitals that provide the best care often are among the least-expensive, pound-for-pound of treatment.
My son’s 11-day stay at Johns Hopkins (usually rated the #1 hospital in the US, and clearly the very best in the field for which my son was treated) cost less than two-thirds than my mother’s six-day stay in a crummy Florida hospital for similar issues. The primary difference, other than cost (especially cost per day) is that over five years later, my son is looking forward to his high school graduation, while my mother died in the hospital.
I guess the savings are made up by “the operation was a success, but the patient died” type of thing.
This thing is designed to bankrupt all of us. Control and taxes...nothing “care” about it—only demise.
From the article excerpt:
” for example, will not offer patients access to Memorial Sloan Kettering in Manhattan or MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston”
That would make a great bumper sticker.
And while they’re at it they can speed up the wiping of all TRUE history from the memories of the US (they’re pretty much finished with HS and college texts) and replace with the, and if they can get rid of all those who remember the US as it once was, they can speed up the indoctrination of the rest of the country quite a bit.
bkmk
I thank God that Osama Obama & Pals will always have access to the top hospitals in Boston,NYC,San Francisco, etc even if we members of The Great Unwashed wind up at Buggtussle General.
look what is happening with the cleveland clinic. renowned world-wide for advancements in orthopedic (spinal), cardiology. yet the clinics are shuttering sites, laying off nurses and doctors.
i have two physicians i see in michigan whom are cleveland clinic trained and when speaking to them they are concerned that their own patented surgical treatments will no longer have the support to be advanced.
Can we overthrow Communism now?
Don’t worry, when all is settled you will have easy access to Mohammed’s Camel’s hump clinic and mosque. Don’t allow the doctor to touch you with his left hand. Also don’t sit with your legs crossed at the knee so someone can see the soles of your shoes, you may wind up needing an embalmer. Whatever you do don’t say, wear or do anything that might make you appear to be a Christian.
