I think the real goal was to have leftists as gatekeepers. They get to decide who is worth the expense. Their biggest mistake is doing this before disarming the population. I predict the leftists are going to get some health "care" handed back them.

In fact, they said it was going to be cheaper. IIRC, they predicted an average of $2,500 less per family.
