Given a choice between the two, I’d take Charlie Rangel the honorably discharged Marine combat veteran. He has no higher goals than scooping up loot for “his people”. At some level he realizes that there is a goose laying golden eggs that he ought not to kill. He is a known quantity.
The other guy is a foreigner, at heart if not by birth, who is out to destroy the country.
Good analysis, but Rangel was in the Army, not the Marines.
