Under ACA rules, the insurer wouldn't be allowed to raise Rosner's premium over a C-section.Right.
And the only feasible out come is that the insurance companies will be bankrupted, and we'll be at the mercy of the politicians.

That and the reason the CO resident looked for for out of marketplace coverage in the first place. In certain localities in CO the rates are sky high.
