Regards,
Feel the love from your federal government. More to come.
In earlier days this would have been a slam-dunk for an attorney. And for big bucks too.
But today we live in obamaland, where rule of law and legal liability are of no concern.
This presumptuous megalomaniac and his puppet masters have gotten away with an endless series of monstrous Constitutional crimes, with no accountability nor proportional actual punishment in sight.
Where is the effective opposition?
Is it insane to think that no lawful ways to oppose remain?
Or is it insane not to?

It’s a direct violation of the Federal HIPPAA law, it’s actually the exact example used in yearly HIPPAA retraining seminars on what is explicitly illegal under the law.
The state level Departments of Insurance ARE regulated under Federal HIPPAA law. This is a direct violation. This will be litigated, and it will be in the news for a long time.
