MSNBC is far worse than Fox...both are limiting their news to just that which incites the base.

There is no comparison between the two. MSNBC is nothing but a moonbat broadcast facility, sourcing nothing but the DNC and WH talking points. They include left-leaning comments in their "reporting" and only cover stories that make their side look good.

FOX has no similar characteristics. They do report the omitted stories and have conservative and liberal commentators and guests. Their motto is "Fair and Balanced" but I wish it was "Nothing but the Truth" but they do have neutral reporting in their coverage.

The proof is, when have you ever seen MSNBC feature a conservative news analyst or give a fair interview to a conservative? If there is such an example it is an anomaly or accident.

I only wish FNC was a conservative news outlet...that in itself would only begin to provide fairness and balance to all the other news "media" globally. Where else can you turn to get good reporting and conservative opinion?

The answer? Talk radio.

Fox and MSNBC both limit what you see to only those issues they wish to report.

That is true, however, if only FNC would ignore the sensationalist crap (distraction narratives). They pretty much cover all the stories the RATagandists do, plus the additional embarrassing issues the left-prestitutes ignore.

Everyone who watches Fox should make sure they are also getting their news from other sources. Local news, foreign news and bloggers are helpful in rounding out a full story.

The local news is pretty much worthless as they report a smidgen of local news and then simply repeat the crap-du-jour (the NYT talking points) and then spend 15 minutes on some worthless sports. The only thing good about local is the weather...although the TWC does just fine.

Foreign news sources are pretty good as they seem to have no problem spilling the beans on the RATs. Blogs? Maybe, but they are largely opinion. I think you can get quite a bit of information regarding real time coverage from twitter activity and other social media.

Watch the story about Christy. I think it makes both points. And maybe makes yours a bit better. Gates is running around talking up his book. And 2 days in the Christy story goes nuts. Now its Gates ,who?

Fox has almost forgotten Gates and MSNBC has forgotten Gates. Everyone is talking about a bridge over the Hudson river. This is not national news. And anyone like me who occasionally uses the bridge can tell you it often has a lane or two closed. You certainly don't drive from Jersey to NYC too many times without construction somewhere along your route.

I can't tell you how many times I've had to explain to democrats that Christy was a long shot at best for the President because most republicans would vote for someone else. Its Jersey Democrats that like him. And you can get to NYC from Jersey lots of different ways. And they didn't close the bridge they took a lane out when there are 16 lanes.
