In Saudi, one of the most devout Muslims I ever met admitted he liked all of business he got from the Christmas season. He even sold me a “Holiday Tree.”

The Catholic League is putting up a billboard in Times Square in reply: “Send Modern-Day Scrooges a Message: Celebrate the Prince of Peace” It shows the Holy Family in the manger with the Three Wise men bearing gifts.
Donahue says it will be up from December 7th through January 5th.

I always ask them if I’m wrong about my beliefs, what have I lost? If you’re wrong you lose eternity.

I do. However, I am fascinated by their lack of ability to see that there is absolutely nothing about a winter solstice that says “peace and love.”

Today’s atheists are a lot like today’s queers - “Look at me, look at me!”

New Billboard in NYC Says Nobody Needs Christ During Christmas, There must be a lot of "Nobodys" out there, especially seeing as Christ Himself made a point of loving and serving the poor.

If I had a shop, I’d put out a sign:
CHRISTmas Sale.
We do not serve atheists.

I don’t believe we can just choose what we believe, at least not if it is true belief. Christians believe that faith is a gift of God. Our job is to help others receive that gift of faith. We should not be about threatening anyone with hell.

We should not be about threatening anyone with hell.
I think that all of reality is open to discussion when talking with anyone, whether Christian or non-Christian.
I don't have time to talk about every aspect of reality every time I talk to someone. Some things will come up and some won't. However, the Apostle Paul says that some are "saved though as by fire."
If a situation requires a mention of hell, then we should have no more reluctance to talk about that reality than if we are talking about prayer.

We can’t send anyone to Hell so it would be an empty threat.
But we can say what the Bible says about it. I didn’t write the Bible so don’t blame me.

a guy at work told me he dint think he would be able to afford Christmas this year i said i spend on Christmas every day of the year and if i dont go spend a lot of money just to go spend money this time of year i guess i just dont get it
To: AppyPappy
Nothing for eid or Ramadan. American atheists are all about not being Christians. If they didn’t have us to argue with, they’d probably crawl into a corner, shrivel up, turn to dust, and blow away.
