I was shcked to see what sort of camera he used....an inexpensive canon Point and Shoot camera....with a closeup lens and not a very expensive lens...at that.....TAPED to it.

Since snowflakes grow or evolve over time based on the laws of physics and that the outcome is random, I take it as evidence that God uses evolution.

I hear people say ‘no two snowflakes are alike’ all the time. To me this in itself is a very bold statement.

Consider how many snow flakes exist in say 1 acre of land in a 6 inch snow. Now multiply that by 640 to find the number of snowflakes in 1 Sq mile. Now consider how many snowflakes one would have over an entire country side.

No two snowflakes are alike? How many have been sampled? It seems to me that one would have to sample more than ~.0000001% to see if two are alike.

BTW None of the above removes the beauty of God’s creation.

A NASA probe has captured an amazing video of the huge and mysterious six-sided vortex spinning around Saturn's north pole.

Yep! For a long time (after getting the aliens out of my head) figured crop circles are due to atmospheric and/or geologic conditions related to electricity (ball lightening, VLF fields concentrated at fault zones, etc.) somehow. And the idea of complex patterns in nature is in other places - such as mineral crystals, snowflakes, etc.
