Nonsense. In large part these kids are acting out what they've heard from their parents and peers. I suspect the larger black community is secretly cheering them on. I'll call it what it is: early symptoms of a race war. Even Thomas Sowell is warning about that. These punks feel empowered by a half-black President who uses race as a political weapon; and a corrupt, racist Attorney General. Those are the people who should be speaking out and demanding an end to this behavior. Chances of that happening? Zero.
