Bottom line, is if they find out who did this, their sentence will start with 20 years, and add the maximum of any other charge beyond that.
Their used to be special circumstances for robbery or murder of a Post Office employee, and they were extra harsh.
used to be the mailman, the phone guy and tv guy got a pass from the ghetto trash if they wanted to continue to get their welfare check, talk on the phone and watch tv... now days in the EBT Nation, their cards are replenished at the welfare office, their 0bamaphone gets it's minutes from the welfare office and only the tv guy has to show up to install or repair their stuff
