Legal scholars testified on the constitutionality of some of President Obamas uses of executive branch powers. They focused on the administrations one-year delay of the Affordable Care Acts employer mandate, the Justice Departments decision to not prosecute some drug cases, and the presidents decision allowing work permits for some immigrants who were brought to the United States illegally as children.

The house posturing committee doing what it does best: posture.
If the Republicans don’t take the Senate in 2014 and get this tyrant impeached, the remedies outlined in our Declaration of Independence will fast become a lot more palatable to a lot more people, as they continue to lose their healthcare, their jobs, and any hope for a future under this regime.

Obama LIKES posteriors.
Dumb.
Watch the hearing - 85% of which is witness testimony - then comment.
No need. These bozos could listen to the testimony of Our Lord and Savior, John the Baptist, and the 12 Apostles and they would still sit there and do nothing. The house posturing committee is a roach motel for corruption: scandals go in, nothing comes out.
So what am I going learn that I didn’t already know by watching this? That dear leader rules by fiat? That his administration is corrupt? That congress is a potted plant? That mcconnellcare is a job and economy killer that doesn’t work? That the uniparty is fine with all of the above?
Please. Instead of slinging ad hominem remarks, do us all a favor and summarize what came up in hours of testimony that is actually new. None of us have the time to wade through it.

Sure. And you have time to write that brilliant missive.
Those who watch the video are typically really listening, and working on other things at the same time. But its your choice; bloviating is easier.
Shocked you aren’t shocked by a serious discussion on REVOLUTION, televised, before a sitting congressional committee hearing tasked with investigating a sitting president.
This wasn’t beanbag today.

I’m shocked that you’re shocked that I’m not shocked. :)
I saw a little bit about that. Different but not all that surprising. The house posturing committee is not stupid, just useless and ineffectual. They must realize that after 5 years of doing essentially nothing that the schtick is wearing thin with the public. So here is something to spice it up: talk of potential revolution.
From what I saw of the comments they were pretty timid. Reminiscent of comments on FR from about 5 years ago. At this point I think its silly to even bring up the issue. “Glorious revolution” isn’t coming (thank God), so why even discuss it?
