I believe DOMA was the first law he and Holder refused to enforce.

The results of this hearing should be impeachment, but in reality the results will be El Zippo Nada Nothing.

It’s a waste of time to make it look like they are doing something. Boehner may make a small appearance and the next day be laughing with chuck the Schmuck in the House dining room.

Just so. Obama and Holder publicly declared that they refused to enforce DOMA. And the GOP did—nothing.

Then immigration. Then Obamacare.

And probably dozens of smaller laws that he didn’t like.
