Wow. The New Haven Police are way behind the times. Are they still shutting down stills in the back country?
Chuef Higgins needs to understand that these aren’t just little black children playing hit and run or tag. These guys are trying to hit you with enough force to knock someone out or possibly even kill them with one punch. The force sufficient to do that can also knock out teeth, put out eyes, or maim someone for life.
The top law enforcement officer of his town, one who’s sworn duty is to protect the lives of his citizens, has seriously erred on his judgment on this issue and should be removed. Just my opinion.

I retract this opinion after looking into the matter further. Stern omitted some important info that gave a different impression other than the truth. Higgins was just notifying people of recent events that resembled the Knockout Gamei in the community.
