Could just be because the Hobby Lobby case they accepted is a better vehicle to rule against the employer mandate. If Hobby Lobby wins, Liberty University will also win.

Not a chance in hell at this point. These feral elitist's now believe the Constitution is the gateway to the new socialist utopia; all you have to do is call anything a "tax" and voila.

I hope when the economy (read society and any rule of what WAS law) collapses because of "their" generocity and re-distribution, they find their last gasps of breathe swinging from the least rusted lamp post. Never forget their names.

As I understand it, the Hobby Lobby case is much more narrowly drawn. They’re trying to avoid having to provide certain services under the employee health plans, whereas Liberty University didn’t want to offer its employees health plans at all.
