Staying out of their neighborhood doesn’t work if the city can still tax you to support them. Move to a place where you can’t be taxed to support them!

If the decent people would move out of the cities the RAT party dies along with the social programs that keep them in power.

True, but here's the problem, they've become emboldened, they've expanded their "territories."

basically don't go to any minority areas and don't frequent their businesses or any inner city type entertainment, even if its not rap, because the cities do not want to really protect you...just like they don't really care if you get clobbered going to a game to see the Dodgers or Giants...
