It’s time that Americans are given the right to bring malpractice lawsuits against politicians that screw up our lives with their goofy and wacky bills and acts. The American people should be able to sue SOMEBODY over the havoc that ObamaCare has caused in so many of their lives.
Well one point of letting it happen is that God wants to give America the idea that evil has to GO.
There is something called RICO Act, which has been used for years against organized crime. Well, if Congress is not engaged in racketeering, I don’t know who is. One of the crimes to be prosecuted under RICO is “Bringing in, aiding or assisting aliens in illegally entering the country (if the action was for financial gain)”.
Forget the big guys (at first), you go after all the little people who work in all those alphabet government agencies. Get them to roll over on the bigger fish, until you get to the top.
BTW, one of the nastiest provisions of RICO is an injunction to temporarily seize a defendant’s assets and prevent the transfer of potentially forfeitable property, as well as requiring the defendant to put up a performance bond.
