Actually, I think the Dem Senate will choose the replacement, so it’s even worse. As I note on another thread on this topic, what can CO conservatives do to retain momentum now?

Can they recall the appointee, overruling the Governor? Can the recall another Senator?

The replacement will be up for election next year.

Actually, I think the Dem Senate will choose the replacement, so it’s even worse. As I note on another thread on this topic, what can CO conservatives do to retain momentum now?

I guess the first thing they can do is leverage how the Dems work - they will do anything to ensure that the People are not listened to and this move is a perfect demonstration of that fact.
