Gadzooks... WTF?
Can the Ravens find their hind ends... without a "B" to show them where it is?
That Oakland onside kick did not even go 10 yards. I thought it was a good call to get a FG, but that onside kick will make common’ man on Monday Night.
Notes about Dallas and Thanksgiving:
1. Dallas is undefeated on Nov 28th Thanksgiving Day (7-0).
2. Dallas’ overall record is 45-16-1 (0.734). I am counting Dallas’ tie with San Fran in 1969 as half a win and half a loss even though the league did not calculate ties in 1969.
2 minute warning, Steelers had the ball with more than 5 minutes, they had a chance but this drive has taken all their time.
By the way, sort of the same pattern as the Cowboys/Raiders game, 2 scores down but, though not a classic, that game wasn’t bad.
Okay, Steelers can convert for 2 points to tie it, hope so for more football tonight but those 2 point conversions often don’t work....Steelers should have time-outs left, let’s see. TD being reviewed, let’s see.
Prayers Up, that looks horrible...
Yes, what a hit. And when the helnet comes off the play is over!
Watching the games on British SkyTV on the internet.
“Veddy ‘British” commenters fill in a lot of the (apparently unsold) commercial time.
Half the commercials are for products I never heard of. And it sounds like you’re supposed to trade a certain amount of weight for the products LOL!
Like it right much, definition is barely acceptable though.
Your right. Thanks for the note, his neck whiplashed a bit, thank goodness he got up.
Blast, the receiver has to get the 2 pointer...
2/3. Too bad SHTT-BAL didn’t end in a scoreless tie.
Gadzooks, big! I had the same dream... followed by one where Seven's Waiders creamed my Boys in the first half!
But I finally woke up... and my Boys did, too. Roaring back for a 31-24 win!
Here, have some hair of the dog, big... you get Aaron Boy back to tune up on the Falcons before he gets to visit Jerry World where he won his Super Bowl.
But we won't... make him relive the experience--
Okay, okay, big... you had a bad dream-- Big effing Deal!
I used my surefire 13 man defense... and we still lost the game!
AH Maybe I too harsh on my Raiders maybe Obamacare website ROFL
I had Packers and Cowboys so I was 1-1 early on. Steelers were the “who cares” pick last night, and lost.
For Sunday:
Eagles
Bears
Browns
Chiefs
Jets
Panthers
Colts
Chargers
Bills
49ers
Giants
Seahawks
Lol!
It was a good game!
Full article on the Steelers, apparently to me, it doesn’t look like Mike Tomlin made the trip but was in a position too.
Bell with a concussion, that really looked bad but hopefully, he will be back in good spirits.

it may be time to start taking notes on tiebreakers. The BALT victory over PITT gives us an interest in BALT tiebreakers.
vs. PITT
split head—to-head
Balt can only get better DIV record in one scenario: at 8-8 if one of their wins is their final DIV game (leaving them 4-2), while PITT’s 8th loss is a DIV game (leaving them 3-3).
very unlikely. next tiebreaker is COMMON
same DIV teams have 14 common games, 2 uncommmon.
in the uncommon games, PITT is 0-2 and BALT is 1-1.
Therefore PITT has clinched common games.
If they tie, and PITT is one-game-worse in uncommon, they are one-game-better in COMMON.
FINAL ANALYSIS, PITT IS VERY CLOSE TO CLINCHING THE TIEBREAKER OVER BALT.
VERSUS CINN
obvious, if BALT beats CINN in week 17, to tie, BALT gets the tiebreaker due to head to head sweep.
(very unlikely) if BALT lose to CINN in week 17, to create tie, CINN gets the tiebreaker. unless 2 of their final 3 losses are PITT and MINN. This would create a tie in DIV record and common and CONF ... and push the tiebreaker to SOV.
BALT VS. NYJ MIAMI TN SD
the conf record is all important, therefore the teams with more non-conference losses have the advantage
MIAMI 3
BALT 2
TENN 2
SD 1
NYJ 0
BALT BEATS MIAMI IN 2-WAY TIE DUE TO head to head, but 3-way tie goes to MIAMI (CONF REC)
BALT vs. TENN: could go to SOV
the 5 common games is currently:
BALT 3-2
tenn 2-1 with 2 to play (DEN AND HOUS)
THIS WILL BE AN INTERESTING ONE TO WATCH !!!
VS CLEVELAND
if CLE beats JAX this SUN, they are 1-1 in uncommon with BALT which is a tie. DIV likely would end up tie ... as could be CONF REC ... so that also may come down to SOV.
DALLAS has almost clinched tiebreaker vs PHIL (due to their 4-0 DIV rec)
only one way for PHIL to get the tiebreaker:
DAL loses the 2 remaining DIV games to finish 4-2 (PHIL 4-2)
one of PHIL losses is to AZ this weekend to finish 1-1 in uncommon to tie DAL (1-1).
CONF rec would be tie
as both will finish with 1-3 non-conf record.
therefore, it would go to SOV, which is unknown by this author at this time.
DET HAS clinched Tiebreaker vs CHI due to head to head sweep
N.O. vs CAR
if teams split the 2 upcoming head2head ... likely will end with DIV tie ....
COMMON: both finish 2-0 in uncommon so COMMON will be tie.
N.O. has 2 non-conf losses (versus ONE for CAR). therefore, NO is very likely to get tiebreaker.
at 11-5, CAR likely gets tiebreaker if one of the final 3 NO losses is vs. TB (DIV game) or if CAR other loss is vs. NYJ (non-conf game).
notes on SF vs AZ
SF has large lead in DIV rec vs AZ
assume SF loss to AZ and one other DIV loss ... could lead to:
SF 10-6 3-3 DIV
AZ 10-6 3-3 DIV
AZ would get the tiebreaker due to COMMON
AZ loss this weekend to PHIL would be Uncommon loss to finish at 1-1 (vs 2-0 SF) and they would clinch COMMON vs SF.
if they beat PH, then look for a loss to TN (non-conf) to create a deadlock tie in CONF record. Otherwise, SF gets the CONF tiebreaker. (again, likely meaningless due to SF superior DIV record.)
