Boy, we’re good....
Happy Chanukah and Happy Thanksgiving. Last time this will happen for 70,000 years.
Me, I'm gonna make a turkey roulade stuffed with toasted herbed bread cubes and dried fruit soaked in white wine. Of course, there must be latkes as a side dish, topped with applesauce. I would feel guilty if I didn't have some sort of green veggie, so it will be parve creamed spinach with shallots. For desert, it will be homemade pumpkin pie.
The leftovers will become Shabbos fare.
