As for yours truly, I have two quickly defrosting turkey breasts (bone in) that I must tend to some time today. Yikes.
I'm posting this thread a little later than usual, because Jim has an appointment with his doctor this morning. The appointment is a check-up with blood work. Remember he was anemic, so thank you ALL for your continued prayers. We're hoping and praying for wonderful news upon his return and also hoping he's met with several donations from you all!
