While all the BPAs are busy taking care of this bunch hundreds more are rushing in other places because there is no BPA there to stop them.

Just a guess, but I would say someone on this side higher up in the govt. is coordinating this.

They put these people, up to this for $100 a piece and then run a drug load a mile down the road.

They do the same thing with boats from SD to LA.
