The New York Post reported Tuesday that MSNBC's Up Late with Alec Baldwin has been cancelled in the wake of the host's most recent gay slur. Yet eleven days after Martin Bashir said someone should defecate and urinate in former Alaska governor Sarah Palin's mouth, the vile host with some of the lowest ratings on cable television still hasn't been punished in any way.
He’s right.
What’s even more perplexing is that MSNBC is still on the air.
It is a rancid pool of fetid filth.

What is very sad is that America’s population of filthy A-holes and Marxist is rapidly growing, thanks to the Marxist media and educational systems. PMSNBC personifies the filth.
I am still waiting for someone to tell me how the America that we grew up in can survive.
While I no longer live there, I worry about my friends, relatives, and fellow FReepers.
Remember Michael Savage had a show on MSNBC...then he wished someone would get aids.

Gays and those who support and promote gay marriage are MSNBC’s base viewers which means their $$$, those who support Palin are not MSNBC key viewers.
This is hardly a mystery.
Where does that leave Alec Baldwin? And where does that leave MSNBC?
It’s funny. I used to get him confused with Charlie Sheen, but I would always be corrected with the remark that Charlie Sheen was the crazy one, and Alec Baldwin was the guy in the commercials. So I was always like, “Oh, yeah.”
He might be correct in pointing out that Bashir should be fired, but he wouldn’t have said shit if he himself hadn’t been fired
Here’s my suggestion. CBS told Laura Logan to take an extended period off (meaning a review of her episode is underway)....and Baldwin is free.
If I were Fox News....I’d go and hire both, for the Fox Morning Show. The reason is simple. Fox says it’s fair and balanced. Baldwin would bring in a percent or two of new viewers. He’s a bit quick on wit, and thinks like a 2-star liberal, but you get to a point where he might be half-way acceptable.
Logan? On the morning show, she’d do five-star live interviews and engage people deeper into national topics than anyone on the current crew.
Move two of the current morning show guys over to the Business channel side of Fox, and hire these two.
Weirdly enough, even in a very liberal climate, I see MSNBC quickly meeting Air America's fate. My hunch is that, as actually happens quite often, Americans are getting tired of political extremes and extremists. The pendulum is beginning to swing back toward the middle. It always does.
But someone is fired for using the 'N' word 20 years ago!

Alex is way too low class to be part of the Fox team. Alex is proud of his tantrums, and enjoys putting on a splashy show of disrespect, especially in reaction to anything conservative. Alex has become a parody of himself.
