... and can prove it
The family at the centre of a row over a note left to gay waitress on receipt for a meal have hit back claiming the whole episode is a hoax.
Dayna Morales, a former marine, hit headlines last week when a picture of a receipt she allegedly received from a family at the Gallop Asian Bistro in Bridgewater, saying they didn't 'agree with her lifestyle' was posted online and went viral.
On it she claimed the customer had written: 'Sorry, I cannot tip because I do not agree with your lifestyle and the way you live your life.'
Miss Morales said she felt offended and upset by the comment branding the couple 'ignorant' and received thousands of messages of support online.
But now a New Jersey family have come forward claiming to be the customers involved and producing a receipt printed at the same time on the same date, for the same amount, except with an $18 tip.
They contacted NBCNewYork.com after seeing news reports of Miss Morales' story and claim the whole thing is hoax designed to provoke reaction.
To prove their point they also produced a Visa bill, which indicated their card was charged for the $93.55 meal plus the tip, for a total of $111.55....

At minimum, they should demand their $18 back, just for starters.
It’s becoming a trend. GAY FOR PAY! pretend you were dissed so crowd sourcing sends you money.
Defamation of character....Sue her.
“To prove their point they also produced a Visa bill, which indicated their card was charged for the $93.55 meal plus the tip, for a total of $111.55....”
Game, Set, Match
Speaks volumes of the character of the waitress.
Should people also accept her claim as a former Marine?
All this “investigative journalism” going on. Couldn’t the news media spend the equivalent amount of energy tracking down things that are of actual importance?
Also busted is (are) the news outlet(s) to air the original story.
Any bet on the network(s) to air the busted story to show how easily they were duped?
really...why did they put in there...do they think all female Marines are gay?
“The credit card charge is a body-slam to her claim.”
Indeed. The lesson here is: only make fake accusations against customers who pay in cash.
Her comment is evidence the she's lying. How could she spit in someone's food for not leaving a tip? She wouldn't know the tip was missing until long after the food was served and eaten. She's full of shit.
Matthew Shepard was murdered by a bisexual John who he traded sex for drugs with, but that would not have fit the narrative so we have to pretend the lie is the truth.
Just like everything that has to do with sexual deviants, we must remain in denial or we are homophobes.
At some level, homosexuals don’t approve of their own lifestyle and just can’t get over it.
That's the way I handle it for the couple of times I've utterly detested the service. No tip means I'm just cheap. A penny means I'm making a statement. By the way I always carry enough cash that if I'm going to make a statement, I'm not giving my card number to them.
Plus, I can guess whether a waiter is gay but unless he is giving another waiter a BJ under my table it is not going to affect the tip.

I am sure the family was set up, but how would they have ever known the waitress was a lesbian to begin with?
ALL of these have been PROVEN to be LIES...call them HOAXES, but that is too sweet a word for what these GAYS have ACCUSED straights of doing....they have LIED.
