I can truly say that the hospital I was in for 3 days for a bad colon infection, is using Mooch’s kids food plan. None of the food was fit to eat. There was no coffee, or ice tea or even hot tea, but a lot of pita bread and turkey or chicken every thing. Turkey meatloaf is terrible. And you do not give a person in for a colon issue GAS producing veggies!
I had the same experience while in the hospital earlier this year. The damn food wasn't fit to feed to wild animals. After a couple of days, the only food I got was brought to me from friends and relatives on the outside.
I went to our kids Thanksgiving dinners at their schools this year and found that it was very similar. There is no salt available, all bread is Wheat(even the damn pizza), and they are given no other options. As a side note, they don't allow plastic knives either, as they could be used s weapons. (they are forced to use forks for cutting their food) I went and asked one of the cafeteria employees for some salt/pepper, Rolls made from White bread, and a plastic knife. She said they had no plastic knives because of the government, and she couldn't give me any salt or White bread because Michelle 0bama thinks it will make us fat. We both had a good laugh. Even though the lady worked there, she thought it was all stupid as I did.
