Calling Netanyahu the "leader of the free world" is a bit overdone, IMHO.
Bibi's been threatening force against Iran for at least 15 years and has been at or near the top of Israel's political food chain for the past twenty years. Yet Iran is still "weeks", "months", "days" from developing a nuclear weapon.

I think the sad truth is that Netanyahu's political focus has caused him to simply, and understandably, lose his nerve.
He's also lost a great deal of global credibility. It's never good to be known as the one who cries "wolf". Perhaps it's time for Israel to set Netanyahu free to give speeches and write books .... and find someone else to captain the ship.
Try to take a deep breath and just imagine that here we all are wishin and hopin that the President of a tiny foreign country successfully chews our Presidents ass out over the phone and defeats him re the instant subject they are talking about. This is how far we, ie America, have descended under these Marxists. Basically, we hate our guy and cheer for the other guy. As Gomer used to say......”SHAZAMMMM!!!’n”.........
