It doesn’t really need to work. The Administration will try to lie it into reality. Just like they do everything else.
Problem is almost everyone personally knows someone who is being screwed by 0bamacare. Hard to construct a web of lies over that.
They can announce that it’s working 100% and the media won’t challenge them. Even if they go out and find a few who couldn’t get on they’ll that’s just a small amount of people. 99.99999% love it!
