DC is the seat of insanity. This is clearly unconstitutional, but this is Washington DC.

Virginia will be next to implement more un Consitutional gun grabbing laws. Perhaps that will become the site of the push back from The People.

I was fingerprinted for my CHL, also various professional licenses. All part of the background check run through the FBI.

It’s well past time for citizens of this country to tell the self-serving, rapacious, greedy and corrupt political class to shove their unconstitutional, utopian laws up their unconstitutional utopian buckets. I for one will never be loyal to a government who would deprive me of my personal weapons.

Who elects these retards?

Who would consent to be a "citizen" there?

Are they fingerprinting all the women who get abortions and inscribing their names in a registry?

I mean, these folks are simply exercising their Constitutional rights, no? One expressed in 2nd Am. and the other ‘wover of whole cloth (i.e. ‘made up’) in Roe v Wade

In Texas, for CHL, must be fingerprinted. When I went to renew mine, DPS letter said I needed to give them anew, so I did; then I got a letter from DPS saying they were rejected and I needed to do it again. I’m still waiting...

It seems that a French company has the “franchises” to do the fingerprinting...go figure that one.

Why would any sane person still live in DC…. And I just answered my own question.

Will the criminals be lining up to do this?

[Yeah, I know, going for the cheap laugh….. but considering the state of things today..]

I’m a child of the 50’s and 60’s. I remember two slogans that have never left me.

1. First Registration, then Confiscation.

2. The only good Commie is a dead Commie.

This is one of my favorite topics.

Congress has the power - and the responsibility - to legislate for DC “in all cases whatsoever”.

Congress should immediately enact two laws: 1) Make all CCW permits from all States valid in the District, and 2) Make a clear, transparent, and simple process for legal residents of DC to obtain CCW permits.

The District of Corruption isn’t a state. It’s a **ithole. I don’t think the Constitution is valid there.
