It's the demographics. The 1965 Immigration and Nationality Act (passed against overwhelming public opposition) changed the face of America. It took a couple of generations, but the change is complete.
Case in point, you mentioned the '88 election. George H. W. Bush captured 59% of the white vote and won a landslide victory. By contrast, Mitt Romney last year also captured 59% of the white vote yet went down to defeat.
Demographics is not boding well for us.
No, it’s not. Which is why I find the GOP’s current reliance on low turnout so maddening.
We need to be working on our outreach. Instead, we just talk louder to ourselves. That’ll work for some states, but fewer and fewer each election cycle.
It’s not demographics. It’s 110 percent of registered voters voting in inner cities. It is complete and utter fraud. Shame on the American people for letting the communist enemy get away with this.
Thumb in the eye to every white Texan, it's raw ethnic bloody-shirt-waving politics and it's deliberate. The mayor of San Antonio is pushing it -- his mother tried this 20 years ago and got slapped down by the Texas governor and legislature.
