I hear you, I’m a native Californian also and ended up here in SW Washington in my later years because of family.
Should they move they’d be smart to locate it in a RTW state but the existing plant in Long Beach may sway them.
Next, the fact that gov moonbeam brown just raised the minimum wage to 10 dollars per hour in the state they had better quickly realize that it is only the first step to 20, 50, and then 100 dollars an hour minimum wage, so as to "soak the rich" and also generate a true "living wage"
Last quick point (and I know there are others) Frisco and Berkley are I believe both "sanctuary cities" so illegals are pretty much ignored. Which means you can expect to see lots and lots of illegals with forged documents working on various parts of the planes. Watch how quick their reputation goes down the tubes when the various mexican gangs have their people working on the planes and in the industry, responsible for not only work performed, but also supervision and quality control. Add to that when one cartel puts in places to smuggle things or to place firearms caches or explosives to take out any members of other competing cartels and see how long their product remains on the market.
Oh, and the taxes of course. RETROACTIVE taxes. Pounds of them.
