The price of electricity hit a record for the month of October, according to data released Wednesday by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. That made October the eleventh straight month when the average price of electricity hit or matched the record level for that month.
The average price of electricity in October was 13.2 cents per kilowatt hour (KWH), up from 12.8 cents per KWH in October 2012and up from 9.3 cents per KWH in October 2003.

LOL! Oh, I got it loud and clear. Apparently it was a good enough “reason” for a whole bunch of low/no info voters to pull the lever for him. I guess we didn’t get the memo that all the poor folks bills would be paid for by the govt. HUH? Now, wonder where that money comes from? Must be out of the o’bama stash.
Thanks for the link. I for sure noted that my rates have “necessarily” gone up. A lot of it is “additional fees” to promote wind mills and solar panels. I growl every month when I see that on my utilities bill.
