It’s a myth. As real as Loch Ness. Listen to many of the victims. They blame society, not enough govt assistance for the poor, downtrodden polar bear hunters.
You're right. A mere mugging is not enough to change the mindset of a Liberal. In the case cited, the blow must not have been hard enough to cure the mental illness that produces a Liberal/Progrssive. I prefer to use Liberal because they prefer Progressive.
