The Rule of Law is dead and the legislative branch irrelevant, and done by design at the hands of dingy harry reid. He has blocked every piece of legislation in the Senate since the passage of 0bamacare. It has been deliberate, because the intent is to create a dysfunctional congress that cannot carry out its constitutional duties. Thus, it opens the door for the executive to assume de facto dictatorial powers without being challenged.
obama and his ilk want to make sure the senate is controlled by democrats his last two years. Then he can let lose with the total destruction of America but can’t be impeached.
