A mutiny has erupted among photographers who cover President Obama over what they say is the White House’s increasing practice of excluding them from events involving the president and then releasing its own photos or video.
On Thursday, the White House Correspondents’ Association and 37 news organizations submitted a letter to the press secretary, Jay Carney, protesting what photographers said amounted to the establishment of the White House’s own Soviet-style news service, which gets privileged access to Mr. Obama at the expense of journalists who cover the president.
“As surely as if they were placing a hand over a journalist’s camera lens,” the three-page letter said, “officials in this administration are blocking the public from having an independent view of important functions of the executive branch of government.”

It was always feasible before. This new technique ensures that there will no “flexibility” remarks caught on open microphones. It’s all in house no. Obama is a Nazi, pure and simple.
That is so unexpected. Who would have guessed that a communist raised in another country would govern like communists in another country govern?

This Obama retreating to his bunker. Watch for him to become even more like this as the train wreck of ObamaCare marches on.
Spot on. They came in like gang bangers. It’s the Chicago Way, but these guys are disliked rebels among the Chicago Machine. They came right in with a bunker mentality. It’s partly why they freak out and stumble around. They don’t trust any other revolutionaries and criticism is counterrevolutionary. That gets you a job in Siberia. Our country is misled in more ways than one.
The press is made up of egoists who aren’t comfortable running things or are incapable to getting to the top in politics or commerce. This is their booby prize. They get to rub shoulders, criticize and peep into the lives of those who can. They’re underpaid and the WHPC is spoiled beyond belief with all kinds of goodies including high end meals, hotels and travel with the POTUS.
They are lap dogs that want to pretend they’re guard dogs. This stuff was happening before Obama assumed the Presidency. It was happening for the entire first term and during the election. They didn’t report it then. Why report it now?
