Americans won't be using the Obamacare exchanges because they find the Obamacare branding and marketing pitches informative and appealing, they will use the exchanges because if they don't, Obama’s IRS will fine them. The gentle appeals that we will be hearing as a result of all the “rebranding” and “remarketing” are just cynical, doe-eyed scams. The truth is, if you don’t sign up for Obamacare, the IRS is coming after you. Now that’s effective marketing. And the White House knows it......

Most of that generation are not going to read Hayek or Bastiat, but maybe the truth will seep in via a hard dose of reality + connections in pop culture.
Although, now that millions are giving up their personal identification to the Democrat party via enrolling in Obamacare, we may never get another chance to vote the tyrants out. Enroll America, Sibelius Group, agrees to help obtain a private list of potential Obamacare enrollee data for election/political purposes.

Not much because it has very nearly ceased to exist already and the few remaining members will either find a way into the elite clique or become lower class, there is no middle class in a totalitarion society. There will be the ruling class and the peasantry, there will be an upper lower class and a lower lower class but no middle class at all.
Oh, don't worry. There is a plan already in existence to "take care" of them.
They will be called bourgeoisie, petty bourgeoisie, kulaks, wreckers, and hooligans - and we know how well that ended up for them the last time.
