is there any other state than Vermont that would have a girl named phoebe, and who rides a bike on vacation.
Well, Phoebe Cates is from New York (so that’s pretty close anyway) , but we can be assured that these “teens” bear absolutely NO resemblance to the characters in “Fast Times at Ridgemont High” ! /s;)
